Agemni CMS can transfer new customer invoices - including all invoice line items - into your QuickBooks program if desired. This functionality was created using QuickBooks 2006 Premier Edition:
Pricing
This process involves a certain amount of set up time and bandwidth usage, and this incurs greater costs for Agemni, therefore we must charge minimal fees for this service. The pricing is as follows:
- $99 Setup Fee - Starting April 1st, 2009
- $20 per Month - The Monthly Minimum Charge for bandwidth usage
- $0.50 Excess Record Fee – Applied to each 1000 records over 40,000 records
Set-Up:
- Call Agemni Support - An Agemni Customer Support Representative will give you the necessary pricing information, the file (AgemniQuickBooks.qwc), your password, and a specific link, and then walk you through the steps of setting up the transfer of Agemni Invoices into QuickBooks. You will want to save the file to your hard drive or in an easy-to-remember folder because you will need to access it shortly. You will also want to find a way to save or memorize the password you receive from Agemni Customer Support.
- Download QuickBooks Web Connector - Go to the following link: http://marketplace.intuit.com/webconnector/and click on the link to download and install this software (it is a free download). After this is installed, open it.
***Depending on where you originally have installed QuickBooks, the Web Connector program will often be found by going to your start menu > All Programs > QuickBooks folder. - Update AgemniQuickBooks.qwc file - With the QuickBooks Web Connector still open, click on the button at the bottom, right-hand side of the page labeled "Add an Application."
- A file selection window will open. Use this window to browse and find the AgemniQuickBooks.qwc file we sent, and which you saved earlier to your hard drive or in an easy-to-remember folder. Select this file and click "Open." ******
- This will allow you to authorize a new web service. This file will now be displayed inside the QuickBooks Web Connector. This file will allow you to access your database on Agemni's servers directly. ******
- Now enter the password Agemni gave you earlier, which you saved or memorized. This will be saved in the QuickBooks Web Connector.
- Click the small checkbox next to your file, then click the button labeled "Update Selected."
- All of your invoices in Agemni will now be transferred (via this QuickBooks Web Connector) into your (open) QuickBooks Program. The customers and invoices created in QuickBooks will mirror - line item by line item - your customers and invoices in Agemni CMS.
Going Forward:
- Open QuickBooks Web Connector - Depending on where you originally have installed QuickBooks, the Web Connector program will often be found by going to your start menu > All Programs > QuickBooks folder.
- Click the small checkbox for the AgemniQuickBooks.qwc file.
- Click the "Update Selected" button.
- The Web Connector also gives you the option to automatically run updates to bring new invoices into QuickBooks on a specified schedule. *****
