Agreement ID- Is used for both Dish Network and DIRECTV. It is specifically tied to the customer's invoice.
All Systems- A distributor for Dish Network.
Autmated Imports- are sensitive to the username and passwords you have in your system. Our automated imports are very simple to use and very easy. It will automatically bring in commissions or equipment from the retailer/distributor site that you work with.
Campaign- This is a drop down that is found the under lead/customer pages. If your company works with any Ad campaigns you can enter these into the Agemni system under Admin>campaigns. Once you have entered them in they will appear in the lead/customer drop down allowing you to choose how this lead/customer was found.
CMS (Customer Management Software)- Is an Agemni product. It is designed to track leads and customers, schedule installs and trouble/service calls, report on all of your data, make your office more efficient and increase your profits.
Committed- This is a column found under the invetory>levels page. This column will show you what peices of equipment are attached onto a customer's invoice but the job has not been completed yet. Meaning, equipment is attached to the customer's invoice and they have an appointment set up for installation. It is committed to going to this customer's home.
Consigned- This is a column found under the inventory>levels page. This column will show you how many pieces of equipment the technician has in his consignment.
Consignment- This is a feature we have available to any company that wishes to use consignment. It allows you to consign, or in a sense give, a piece of equipment to a technician. Agemni can keep track of what technicians have what inventory - which will help you to know who is responsible for your equipment.
Contractor- This is a required user type to add an employee. This will be assigned to a person or company that is doing work or services for you. This user type will require a company name.
CVS Systems- A distributor for Dish Network.
Data Import- will allow you to import an excel file containing data that you've compiled yourself, or that you've downloaded from a retailer/distributor site. This file needs to be saved in a CSV format in order to import. After it is saved on your computer you will find the file through the browse button under the admin>import/export page, this is "Step 1". You will then upload your file to the server, which is "Step 2". Depending on what your are trying to import into the system will determine "Step 3". Click on the applicable blue button to then finish your import.
Distributor- A person or company who suppiles the equipment that your company uses.
DNS/DNSC- An installation company that contracts out with DISH Network and agreements to service their customers. These DNS companies will perform installations, trouble calls, dish movers, service calls, etc...
Dow- A distributor for Dish Network. Agemni interfaces with DOW allowing you to automatically import the equipment youhaver ordered.
DSI- A distributor for DIRECTV.
Econnect- Econnect is a site that assigns the sales made with the installation companies. You can use an automated import to bring in the customers they have an appointment and also update customers.
eFile- Agemni has a partnership with eFileCabinet, a leading provider of paperless document storage solutions. eFileCabinet allows Agemni users a seamless transistion between the storage and viewing of their customer data, along with the ability to scan, store, and retrieve satellite provider contracts. You can visit www.efilecabinet.com for more information. The link between Agemni and eFileCabinet is a button named eFile, found at the bottom of the customer's page.
Export- Any information in Agemni can be exported into an excel file. The exports are found under the Admin>Import/Export page and there are many exports to choose from.
Fulfillment- This is when a company only does the installation.
HSP- Large installations companies that install thousands of jobs everyday.
Hyper-links- This is found under HR. It is a function that is required for all employees. This hyper-links function will allow employees logging in to click through-out the system and link to different pages within Agemni.
In Bound- Incoming calls from potential customers.
Invoice Processing- This is page found under HR. This page runs the same as the "HR> payroll." You will come here to display all of your non-billed invoices for your vendor. Any invoices that have been billed will be found under the invoice display page.
Invoicing Plans- This page is found under HR as well. You will come here to create an invoice for your vendors. For example, if you do installations for another retailer, you can create invoices using this feature to request payment for your services.
iPOS- Stands for integrated Point of Sale. Within Agemni CMS, iPOS is a system the interfaces with DIRECTVs internal systems. iPOS is a special tool that only invited DIRECTV dealers can use. Certain DIRECTV retailers that have been given permission to qualify their customers through iPOS can use this OE DIRECTV link in Agemni CMS. The Leads>OE DIRECTV link is a direct API to DIRECTV's iPOS. All customers that are scheduled for installation within this tool are assigned to a HSP fulfillment company for installation.
Leads - The leads center is where you will keep track of all potential customers. Leads are not counted as customers for billing purposes and so we recommend using this feature until a customer is ready to activate.
Lead Max Number - is entered in the promo field and is a marketing product of Lorex Marketing. See Lorex Marketing
Lead Rep- You can use this to state that there are two reps working with this customer. One started out the sale and the other closed it. Each company can use this field differently. It pretty much allows you to attach more than one rep on a customer account.
Lorex Marketing - A group that helps Agemni customers with custom campaigns. The LM:(lead max#) is needed when entering a number in the New Leads page under Promo Codes. This will auto- populate the demographic information(ex. Address, Zip, ST) for the lead. This better helps track campaign success and hot spots.
Merchant- Agemni works with only one merchant. It's called authorize.net. We interface with authorize.net allowing you to charge your customers credit card, or bank account directly through the system. If you work with authorize.net you will fill out the merchant information underneath the admin>merchant page.
Microbuilt- is a feature that allows you to run credit scores through Microbuilt on Agemni's website. Through Microbuilt you will be able to check customer's credit scores through Trans Union, Experion, and Equifax. This functionality is available for use no matter the provider used in the system.
MIT (Mobile Inventory Tracking)- Is a new Agemni product. It is designed to increase inventory accuracy, automate inventory and dispatch controls, hold installers accountable and increase your profits.
Monitronics- is for Agemni security companies. Agemni has an interface with Monitronics. In order to add this functionality to your site you will need your Monitronics username, password, and Monitronics Company Service/Install Code. Once Monitronics is set up in your site you will be able to go to leads>qualify monitronics to enter in your lead information.
OE- Order Entry
OE DISH Network- This is a term that Agemni uses to define a DISH Network retailer that does sales for DISH Network but does not install their own sale. The retailer made the sale and Dish Network/RSP/DNS will fulfill the installation.
OE DIRECTV- This is a term that Agemni uses to define a DIRECTV retailer that does sales for DIRECTV but does not install their own sale. The retailer made the sale and DIRECTV/HSP will fulfill the installation.
One Stop- The order entry system for DSI.
On hand- This is a column found on the inventory>levels page. This column will show you how much inventory you have on hand or actually in your warehouse.
Open Billing- Is a note type. If you leave a billing note you are telling Agemni you have an open billing issue with this customer. All these notes will show up under the customers>open billing page, which can be used as a call list.
Open Ticket- Is a type of note. Any open issue you have with a customer can be left as an open ticket note. If you leave an open ticket note it will appear under the customers>open ticket page. This page allows you to see all open ticket notes, or open issues, you have with a customer. It can be used as a call list.
Out Bound- Finding a customer through either calling them or knocking on doors.
Perfect 10- A distributor for DIRECTV. Agemni interfaces with Perfect 10 allowing you to automatically import the equipment that you have ordered.
Point of Sale- This is a feature you can turn on under admin>prefs. It is a page that will appear under customers that allows you to enter in a 'sale' invoice but not be charged for a customer.
Provider Account #- is generally used for Dish Network customers. It is the CSG account number, and specific to the customer. When working with Dish Network fulfillment it is especially important to make sure this is attached to your customer's account since Agemni will keep track of what payments should go to what customer with this number. This number will also auto populate back into the Agemni system when qualifying customers through the "Assign" button.
RSI- A distributor for Dish Network. Agemni interfaces with RSI allowing you to automatically import the equipment that you have ordered.
RSP- Large installation companies that install thousands of jobs for Dish everyday.
Safe 7- Is similar to an OE retailer. They only do the sale and then hand out the installations for other companies to do. This Safe 7 import will bring into Agemni the customers that need to be installed for Safe 7. You need updated username and passwords for this import to work, though every company will see this Safe 7 button under the import page.
SAI- Agemni has an interface with SAI. In order to add this functionality to your site you will need your SAI dealer numbers and each employee will need rights to qualify SAI under their HR page. Once SAI is set up in your site you will be able to go to leads>qualify SAI to enter in your lead information.
Subcontractor- This is a required user type to add an employee. This is for companies or individuals who to do part of your obligated work. This user type will require a first and last name.
Supplier- See distributor.
Third Party Agreement Contract-
Vendor- This would be assigned to a company or person who sells or promotes your business for you. This user type will let you create invoices for the work you do for them. This user type will require a company name.
