This 'status' is where a technician can specify his appointment status. It works like the Agemni CMS appointment status settings in teh "Scheduler', but it allows the technician to use his phone to spceify his change of state from wherever he/she is.

The statuses supported are: 'In Route', 'Arrived', 'Departed', 'Visted', and 'Completed'. As the technician sets his status it will show up in the Agemni CMS Scheduler.

The next item to be entered, is the 'Search Value' that indicated the customer invoice.

When the search value is set, then the process is done and will be updated in Agemni CMS.

What is the parameter used to designate the invoice--invoice number, customer number?

Knowing this would allow manual entry of this information.

Also, I am not seeing either of the above pictures displayed, and it does not seem to be a display issue on my end; perhaps this would clear up my initial question. edited 2 years ago
