The technician report is mostly used for technicians. A tech may come here to view his jobs for the day, print out contracts, and see what equipment he needs to bring.
The Appointments report shows the appointments that are scheduled for the specific date range you specify. You many reschedule or schedule customers on this page as well as change E*Connect statuses. You also have the ability to change the technician assigned to the jobs and to view notes, history and equipment information attached to the customer.



Note** A "History" button has been added to the appointments report so that you can see a history of the events related to each appointment.
We have also added a filter drop-down to "Reports > Technician > Appointments" for quick-display of appointments by status or result.
The Route report shows the jobs scheduled separated by technician. A technician can confirm an installation, print contracts, print off a map to the customer’s house, and view the equipment he needs to bring from this report.
From this report you will be able to change the tech assigned to the job and the area that the job is in, mark the job as 'In Route', 'Arrived', 'Visited', 'Departed', 'Completed' and 'Confirmed' and edit the equipment, notes and appointment times all through the corresponding blue buttons. In addition the 'ETA' button will allow you to set an estimated time of arrival down to the minutes that the technician will arrive through the 'Precision' which will also generate a note on the invoice with the time that you select.

The 'Dispatch' button should be used to walk your dispatch employees through the closure of the installation - walking you through attaching receivers, notes and sending pre-existing equipment on the customer to RMA.


**NOTE** Under the Dispatch button on the Route and Appointment Reports we have made a slight change to the "Swap Out" tab. It will now allow you to select any existing serialized item on the customer account (not just the current work order) to swap out and begin the RMA process.



The Status report shows customers with any status by technician based on the customers install date. From this report one can change the status, update the R00 numbers, add notes, and add the claim number.

The Tech Arrive/Depart report shows all technician jobs scheduled as well as arrival and departure times as the Arrive and Depart buttons are used in the Route report. Arrival and departure codes are also displayed along with total amount of hours.

Trouble Calls report will pull up the customer name that has made a trouble call listed with the rep who is assigned to the customer. There is a blue Appointment button where you can update and reschedule another appointment and also a Contract button to print your company’s contract for the tech to take to the customer’s house. Once the appointment has been completed. It will display that information on this report and the Appointment button will disappear.
