Status

The Status reports allows you to view your customers by the status they have been assigned in Agemni and can be filtered by area, rep, user, provider, sale/install date, invoice type and promotion for the date range that you choose. These reports are helpful if you are trying to follow up with cancelled clients, people that have been sent to collects, etc.

All Status Report

The All Status report shows customers for a certain date range with any status. You can select a specific area or employee to view and you may also run this report by either sale or install date.

Cancelled Report

The Cancelled report shows a list of all customers with the status of cancelled for the date range chosen. This report runs by rep and install date.

Chargeback Report

The Chargeback report shows a list of all customers with the status of chargeback for the date range chosen. This report runs by rep and install date.

Churn Report

The Churn report shows a list of all customers with the status of churn for the date range chosen. This report runs by rep and install date.

Completed Report

The Completed report shows a list of all customers that have the status of completed. This report runs by rep/tech and the specified date range.

Customer Status Report

The Customer Status report shows the rep on the left hand column with a status in the right hand column (this is the invoice status). This status could be collections, cancelled, or a custom status that a company has entered in. This report will show this invoice status that you have entered.

Not Scheduled Report

The Not Scheduled report shows a list of all customers with the status of not scheduled for the date range chosen. This report runs by rep and install date.

Pending Report

The Pending report shows a list of all customers with the status of pending for the date range chosen. This report runs by rep/techs and install date.

Rescheduled Report

The Rescheduled report shows a list of all customers with the status of rescheduled for the date range chosen. This report runs by rep and install date.
