The inventory reports help you keep track of your sold equipment, consigned equipment, or what you will need for future installations.
Current Inventory Cost will display a list of your current inventory costs and will show the provider, name of equipment, cost, wholesale, retail price, how many are in stock and the total cost, including wholesale and retail price.

The Equipment Sales report shows a list of all equipment you have sold to your technicians and the total price of the equipment. (This only works if you are using the Sell to Installer button when using equipment inventory, and that the equipment you wish to sell is classified as ‘Non-Serialized’). This
report shows quantity, price, cost, wholesale cost and goes by the sale date. The area drop down is available as a filter for the techs that have rights to that area.

The Equipment Usage report shows you the numbers of each piece of equipment used over any four week period of time. It will help you to know how much to order going forward. The report runs for four weeks prior to the end-date you specify in the "End Date" field. The permissions to this report are tied to the Reports>Inventory>Forecasting Report.

The Forecasting report is a good tool for ordering your equipment. It allows you to see the Type/Equipment and the days of the week with the date ranges above them (the report will populate a week out from the date range entered in the End date field). This report shows you how much is needed for one day against how much you have. The Need number in this report comes from the equipment that is on a Pending Customer’s invoice. The Have number is based on how many of that type of equipment you have on hand (based on the Equipment Inventory report). You MUST specify an area before running this report. Both rep/tech and the Begin date Range is obsolete.

The Installed Receiver Types report shows the types of receivers that have been installed and how many of those types were installed. This report is run by rep/tech and a specified date range. The area dropdown is a filter for rep/technician for their assigned area(s).

The Installed Receivers report shows the number of receivers sold by the reps. The area drop down is available as a filter for the reps that have rights to a specified area.
