The Financial reports let you see funds that have come into your system. You can keep track of what you have received from customers and see how much sales tax you are charging, etc.
This will show you the list of bills created using the ARB subscription tool (you must call Agemni Support to turn on this functionality).
This will show you credit card payments that have declined or haven't been sent in for some reason.
This report will show you what has and has not been paid against the customer balance.
The Collections report allows you to view the customers that you have sent to collections.

The Deposited Funds report shows a list of all payments received (according to what you have put into receivables or what has been generated through running their credit card via Authorize.Net) categorized by payment type. This report can be run by area or all areas, and though the Employee dropdown menu shows up as a possible selection field, the report does not actually narrow down its reports by employee, and will return the same results whether or not an employee is selected here.

The Point of Sale report will show a comparison of the expected funds and the received funds for items sold through Point of Sale. It will give you the total you should expect to be payed under the invoiced column and the total you have actually received under the received column.

The Profit Margin report will show you profit that your company is making by invoice. It will show you how much you are making based on what each customer owes you as well as what the providers you work with have paid you minus your expenses (sales tax, equipment on the invoice, etc).

The Receivables report shows all customers, their invoice amount, the amount received, and the amount owed. It will show all invoiced customers or the date range chosen regardless of their balance. It can be run by area, rep, or employee type [this way you can choose if you want to see this employee's sales (Rep) or installs (Tech)]. Please note: This report is run by invoice number. If you have made refund invoice to offset a different invoice the amounts will not correlate since the payments are split between two invoices.

This report shows all sales tax charged according to the state the customer is located in. The customer’s status must be completed, chargeback, or churn to appear on this report. It can be run by area; the rep/tech field is irrelevant.

This report will show the tax charged on each invoice according to the zipcode that the customer is in. The report is listed by zipcode and each customer work order will be listed under its appropriate zipcode and will show how much tax was charged to the customer on the work order.
