RSO Invoices

This is for anyone who works with RSI OE (order enter for RS&I). Meaning you sell people RS&I equipment, but another company does the install. This import is not meant to insert new customers.  However, this import will update invoices (Appointments, and Notes) and searches for them based on First and Last Name. The invoices are updated directly from the RSI site according to the option selected in the dropdown. 

Instructions:

1. When you first click on this button, it will ask you to select an option (i.e. Completed, Cancelled, Scheduled, etc.). 
2. Once you choose this option, hit Submit and it will immediately import the update(s). You will receive your confirmation results on that same window letting you know:
   1. How many records were in the current file
   2. How many invoices, appointments and notes were updated, and
   3. Will also give you a list of the names.
