**Note** This page used to include exports as well. Exports have now been moved under the "Reports" tab in Agemni.

   

Here you will be able to import information from an Excel file or other retailer sites into Agemni CMS. Each import found on this page is right protected, meaning that you have to give an employee rights to the specific imports they need to run.

  • Data Imports will allow you to import an Excel file containing data that you’ve compiled yourself or that you’ve downloaded from a retailer/distributor site. Save that file to your computer and then follow step1, 2, and 3 to complete the import. You will first browse for the file that you would like to upload to Agemni CMS by clicking on the “Browse” button. Then press “Step 2” to upload that file to our server. For “Step 3” depending on which import you are trying to import into the system, click on the applicable blue import button.

  • Automated Imports are sensitive to the username and passwords you have in your system.  Make sure you have the correct information in your system in order to import automatically. With automated imports, click on the import you wish to use, choose the required preferences, and the information will be imported from the providers’ websites into Agemni. If you want certain employees to work with some of your imports, you can allow/limit which imports they see under HR > Lookup Employee > Employee Name and under the Pages tab you can pick which import they can use.

  • Backup and Download Database: If your company is enrolled in CMS Premium Service, then the Backup and Download Database will appear on the import page and will allow you to export your entire database in SQL server format.
  • Note** We have moved the 'DNS Options' preference from Admin > Preferences to the E*Connect Import popup screen under Admin > Import/Export > E*Connect Customers. These options are located in the hidden menu that can be displayed by placing the mouse over the title at the top left.
