Open Ticket/Billing Options

Red and Green Days allows you to determine when you would like your open billing and open ticket notes to show red or green under Customer > Open Ticket and Customers > Open Billing.  This gives allows you to track how old tickets are at a glance. Simply enter in a number for the Red and Green fields (red number must be larger than green number) and go to Customers > Open Billing or Customers > Open Ticket to see the correlation.
