Note Options

  • Default Note Type indicates which note type (from among Accounting, Billing, Callback, Chargeback, Route Status, Ticket, Trouble Call) is selected by default from the Note Type dropdown menu on a customer's page.

  • Notes Entry on Customer Page 
  • 2x2x2 Follow-up Notes creates 3 notes at the bottom of a customer account after the invoices have been marked Completed. This will remind you to call them 2 days, 2 weeks, and 2 months after installation. To use this feature, go to Admin > Preferences and click the 2x2x2 Follow-Up Notes checkbox and press the blue Update button. Use the Reports > Other > Follow-Up 2x2x2 to keep track of these notes and close them out after the call has been made.  
  • Assign 2x2x2 Notes to Reps will assign Callback notes to the assigned Rep on that invoice. They will be able to view those Callback notes when they click on the Customers tab.

**Note**  If your manual note entry requires notes beyond a certain size, you will need to uncheck the Notes entry on customer page option under Admin > Preferences > Prefs > Note Options in order for Agemni to save those large notes.  If you leave this option unchecked you will be able to create large notes, but will now be required to click on a new Notes button below the customer window to access a pop-up window that will allow you to access that notes area.

You will know that you need to take this route (i.e., a note is too large to update if the Notes entry on customer page option is checked) when you try to add a note, and the window refreshes as though there weren't any notes at all.  If you are planning on creating very large notes, this might be the option for you.
