DNS Codes

We have now add the DNS codes and services codes to the Inventory - Equipment Page. This will help you easily attach DNS codes to the equipment items you have created and associated with your Vendors. This gives you the ability when adding the equipment item to an invoice, to also attach the DNS code which will Display on the Reconcile Button. Please refer to this link for further instructions.

Link to Equipment allows you to link a service code to certain equipment(s). When you select a service code in the list, it will populate to the top of the screen. You can then use the Link Equipment dropdown to select which equipment type (previously setup by your company) you want this service code to link to. Every time that service code is imported, it will appear as the selected equipment type.

         Equipment Types - DNS Service Codes

• Receiver Type allows you to select which service codes represent receivers. Doing so allows us to group these receiver service codes together when jobs are imported and try to select an Agemni kit for the customer invoice. You can use this page to try and detect the appropriate kit for DNS import jobs. 
• The Task Type dropdown allows you to classify each code as either Equipment or Labor.
