Promotions

This section will be used to activate or deactivate provider promotions.

Activate Promotions

Active promotions are promotions you can assign to customer accounts. Only active promotions will appear in the Promotion dropdown on a customer account page. If there are promotions you do not want to appear as options, click on the promotion’s name and un-check the Active box next to it. Make sure to hit Update to save any changes.

Chargeback Period

This field is to set the number of days after a job is installed you want to chargeback your employees if the customer deactivates. If the Chargeback Period is set to 0 the employees will always be charged back. If you set this to 5 your employees will only be charged back their pay if the customer cancels within 5 days of the job being installed. Only Lead Reps and Reps are charged back. Techs are not charged back (its assumed that you pay them if they do the install).

Inactive Promotions

Inactive promotions are promotions that are available in your database but have not been marked Active and so cannot be valid promotion options on customer accounts. If you wish to activate any of these promotions, simply select the Active box next to the promotion. Be sure to hit Update to save changes.

  • If a promotion does not appear in your invoice dropdown, check first if the promotion has been activated. If the promotion does not appear in the inactive promotions list, go to Admin > Preferences > Updates and update promotions and kits. This will update your database with all the current Agemni information. Once all updates are completed, go to Admin > Promotions > Inactive and the promotion should now be there. If the promotion still does not appear, please contact us and we can work with you to add it.
