SET UP

Step by step process to set up 'Acceller' as a new provider.

1. First get your Promo ID from Acceller. *The Promo ID is essential to this tool working. If you do not have this you will not be able to use the Acceller integration.
2. Then call our support team to activate the integration through Agemni.
3. After this has been activated on the back end by a member of our support team you must go to Admin>Providers and activate Acceller under 'Other'.



4. When the provider is active then go into Admin>Areas and click on the 'Defaults' button and you will enter your Promo Id under the feild that says 'Default Dealer ID'. To save these changes hit the "Update" button on the bottom right hand side of your screen.

UPDATING STATUSES

Agemni works with Acceller on an automatic API called 'Postback' that will update the status on your Acceller customers that have been run through Acceller directly, as soon as there is any new information to be updated. First Acceller will update the Account # and then after will update the statuses accordingly.
