The scheduler allows you to see all scheduled job for specific technicians on any given day.
If you have less than 10 technicians assigned to the area you are looking at it will show all of them on the one day view, if you have more than 10 you will only see technicians who have jobs assigned to them for that day.

The Time Off tab on the upper right hand corner of the scheduler screen allows you to schedule time off for your technicians. To do so, follow the below steps:

This section also allows you to reschedule, cancel, or complete a job by clicking on the R, X, or C links on the appointment.
**Note** Appointment color correlates with certain appointment statuses.
The scheduler will show any schedule conflicts. To fix schedule conflicts, simply reschedule or cancel the appointment.
For our DNS clients, we have added a new tab to the Info box on the scheduler labeled "Reassign." This will allow you to change the area and/or tech for an appointment directly from the scheduler. You will then need to refresh the scheduler (click "Go") to view the appointment in the correct tech's column. If you have added your 4 digit E*Connect Technician IDs to each of your techs as their Internal ID, this change will also update the change on E*Connect's site.
We have also added the display of alternate and cell phone numbers to the Scheduler.
