Edit Preference creates an opportunity for you to decide which fields you would like to be required or optional in order for a person to become a lead and a customer. If we do not have a field you like, you can enter in a customized field in the blank fields we have at the top and make it required or optional for display on the leads or customer pages. There also options to help limit customer credit checks and add credit card options.

Customer Accounts- - Edit Preference Here is where you are able to customize the Customer Accounts page. ex. Info Tab, Satellite Tab.
- Display fields- In this tab you can select which fields you would like to show up on the customer page, if you don't want a certain field to show up, simply uncheck the checkbox and press update.

- Required Fields- these arefields that you can choose to make required before a customer can be added or their information updated (such as SSN, Date of Birth,email, etc.). Fields that you have selected to be required will show up in bold on the customer page.

- Custom Fields- Under this tab you can create fields that are more custom to your company's needs. You can create these fields to save information that you request from each customer that is unique to your company. This can be in the form of a Input Field (box) or a Customer Dropdown Field. For them to show up on your customer page you must check the Display checkbox, you can also make these custom fields required before adding a customer to the system by checking the Required checkbox.
- Custom Field Tabs- This tab allows you to decide which of the tabs on the customer page you would like your Custom Fields to show up under. You can choose to have them appear on the Info, Satellite, Other or History tabs.

- Drop-down Options- allows you to customize certain dropdowns in Agemni to fit your company needs. You can add or delete options in the dropdowns, to add a new option just choose the drop-down type, type in the new value and press 'add'. You will see your new option show up on the Values list and it will also show up under the appropriate drop-down location in Agemni.
