Customer Lookup

This section allows you to look up any customer in your database. You may look customers up by First/Last Name, City, State, Zip, Phone, Agemni ID number, Invoice number, Receiver, Claim ID, Credit Card number, Provider Account number, Work Order number, Receiver Serial number, and Street Address.

The Custom Field dropdown also allows you to look up customers by other display fields.*Three characters are required whiel looking up first and last name.

The list of leads automatically generated below the search field shows the last few days of data up to 100 customers or 7 days of customers. In order to view a larger range of customers you can use reports like the Process report.

NOTE** We have added some customization preferences to the Customers > Lookup page. Access the preferences by putting your mouse over the page header "Customer Lookup" until the "Edit Preferences" link appears, then click the link. You can select up to 5 columns to display on the lookup page, including 2 new options, Campaign and Sales Rep. You can also select less than 5 columns, if you wish to hide columns and clean up the page to better suit your company.
