If you sell DIRECTV accounts and use Perfect 10 to provide equipment or to provide the complete installation (fulfillment), then Agemni CMS can link to and/or communicate with Perfect 10 to make sure the right equipment is sent to the customer's house for you to complete the installation, or you can interface directly with Perfect 10 to schedule an installation through them.
1. Call Agemni Customer Support at 801-377-4004 option 1 and indicate that you work with Perfect 10 and request that he or she activate the Perfect 10 features in your Agemni CMS Application.
***Please specify whether Perfect 10 only ships equipment to the customer's house or if they arrange and perform the entire installation for your customers.
2. In Agemni, go to Admin > Areas > Login Data and enter your Perfect 10 Customer ID, User ID, and Password. You will need to contact Perfect 10 to obtain this information if you do not have them.
3. Then, for each area, under the Perfect 10 button, indicate your standard shipping method and especially your order handling method in the drop down menus provided and click Update.
1. In Agemni, go to Leads > New Lead and enter as much information as possible about this customer/potential customer. Bolded fields are required. Choose a kit and then press Assign to assign the DIRECTV account number.
***Be sure to enter a county and DIRECTV as the Provider and DIRECTV as the Promotion.
2. After the customer is qualified and has an account number, press Add orUpdate. You should see a Perfect 10 button next to the account number.

A. IF you have indicated that Perfect 10 only ships equipment to your customer's house (i.e. your company will perform the installation), then an email will be sent to Perfect 10 with an attached file containing the customer's name and address in the exact format required by Perfect 10. Perfect 10 will ship the necessary equipment (based on the selected kit) directly to the customer's address as entered in Agemni. Next to the Account # field in Agemni, you will see the word Sent in red once the email has been sent, and the Lead Customer will be converted to a Customer under your Customers tab.
B. IF you have indicated that Perfect 10 will handle the complete installation, a separate screen will pop up and you will be connected directly with Perfect 10's scheduling calendar. Find the appropriate date on the calendar and click on AM or PM for the installation time.

You will be directed to a new screen and asked to verify information. Perfect 10 will then be responsible for this installation, and this Lead Customer will be converted to a Customer under your Customers tab showing the appointment time you selected.
