OE DIRECTV

If you are set up with DIRECTV to do national sales (OE DIRECTV) you can use this tool to qualify your customers. DIRECTV will assign passwords to their site which are specific to OE DIRECTV jobs. You will most likely need to set up an area under Admin->Areas specifically for these jobs and add your OE DIRECTV passwords to that area's login data.

Companies who only do sales (not the installation) for DIRECTV can enter these potential customers under Leads>OE DIRECTV. Instead of qualifying the customer regularly through the DIRECTV retailer site, the OE DIRECTV link will qualify your customer through DIRECTVs iPOS tool. As with the regular New Lead page, you will have the ability to qualify the lead all at once, or you can save the the customer information and come back to qualify it later. If you choose the second option, instead of clicking on OE DIRECTV again to acess the lead, you will find the lead under Lookup Leads. You will then use the "OE DIRECTV" button next to the Account # field to finish qualifying the lead.

*OE DIRECTV sales can be run through DWS (another name for the DIRECTV retailer site is DWS). All of the customers that are qualified through DWS are scheduled and assigned to a HSP fulfillment company for installation.
