Companies who only do sales (not the installation) for DISH Network can enter these potential customers in Agemni CMS and qualify them. Instead of qualifying the customer regularly through the DISH Network salespartner tool, the OE option in Agemni will qualify your customer through DISH Networks salespartner tool. As with the regular New Lead page, you will have the ability to qualify the lead all at once, or you can save the the customer information and come back to qualify it later. If you choose the second option, you will find the lead under Lookup Leads. You will then use the "Assign" button next the Claim ID field to finish qualifying the lead.
This salespartner tool is where all DISH Network OE retailers qualify their customers. Agemni CMS is fully integrated with this tool to help eliminate the need for a sales rep from entering their customer data twice. Agemni has developed screen scrapping technology for the benefit of Agemni clients.
There are many advantages to using the salespartner tool within Agemni CMS. All customers that are entered through this process have added protection on SSN, credit cards and address manipulation. Agemni only allows SSN and credit cards to be qualified once. If an attempt is made to qualify a customer who's SSN and/or credit card have already been used during a qualification there will be a prompt asking for an Administrator Username and Password. Once this is entered you will be able to continue with qualifying the customer.
All of the customers that are qualified through the salesparnter tool are scheduled and assigned to a RSP or DNS fulfillment company for installation.
Every week Dish gives us a list, called the IP White List for OE. Companies on this list have access to the OE site. If your company is not on this list you will experience problems qualifying customers through the OE site in Agemni (ex: long time loading, incomplete pages). If you can log into the OE site directly your IP address is fine . If not, your IP is not on the white list and you will have to contact Dish to enable your IP address.
There are 3 locations in which you may enter your OE passwords:
When Agemni logs in to the SalesPartner site, it will first look at the emploee's password, if there is no password, Agemni will look at the OE password entered into the "Login Data" button for that customer's areaunder Admin > Areas, and if there is none there, Agemni will look at the OE password entered under the "Defaults" button under Admin > Areas.
There is also the option to prevent address manipulation by disabling the sales reps ability to edit the fields of the salespartner tool from within Agemni CMS. These features are only available to OE retailers that use Agemni CMS.
Agemni CMS has built in security protections to protect from fraud and excessive qualification attempts. If a credit card number is already saved in CMS on a lead or customer and a sales rep tries to qualify a new lead with an already used credit card number, a username and password protected screen pops up prompting the user. The correct username and password must be entered before the qualification can continue.
The idea with this tool is to have an admin come to the sales reps computer and authorize the credit card by entering in their username and password that they use to login to CMS.
