Monitronics is the integration for secuirty companies to qualify their customers.
In order to activate your Monitronics account in Agemni, you must first call support and inform them that you are working with Monitronics so that we can activate that provider on the back end.
From there you will go into ADMIN > Preferences > Distributors and enter in your usernames and passwords to access Monitronics.

Then you will see in ADMIN>Areas, a section where you will enter in your 'Monitronics Dealer #' per area that you have active.

Once those are updated in Agemni you will want to make sure that you enter in the account number ranges that Monitronics gives you or that you create. To do so, you must go to ADMIN > Acct #'s, enter in the data and 'add range'.

Now you are ready to qualify your customers through Monitronics in Agemni. Simply click on the 'assign' button next to the 'Security Account #' feild on the customer side and you will be able to process this Monitronics customer as you would right through the Monitronics site directly.

After clicking on the 'assign'/'Monitronics' button you will be able to set up the Site Information, Zones, Emergency Contacts, and Event History as well as readily access the Agemni Customer Account as you may need.
From this view you are able to see basic Site Informaton, Zones, Emergency Contacts, Emergency Agencies, and Event History Info. When any changes are made to these pages you will need to click on the "Customer Info" tab to save it.
While setting up the Site Information you can edit the 'Monitoring Type' and according to what is selected you will either be able to save and submit or in the case of a 'two way voice' you will be able to click on the blue button 'Set Up Customer Two Way' and integrate directly with Monitronics; getting an instant reponse notifying you if the setup was successful or not.


After that is set up for the account you with then be able to 'Submit' and finish the order. You will then be provided with a confirmation code from Monitronics which will populate into the appropriate feild in Agemni.
Once the account has been placed online, you have gathered the confirmation code and finished the order you are able to view all records on Monitronics side, through the 'Monitronics' button on the Agemni customer page.
When a confirmation number exists on the account's page, the Monitronics functionality retrieves the data from the Monitronics web service. This means that the information displayed is actually live info that Monitronics has in their records. We do not support updates for Monitronics accounts that have been put online.
