How to Set Up HughesNet in Agemni
In order to access and use the Hughesnet Interface in Agemni, please contact Agemni support with your HughesNet dealer ID and login credentials.


PROCESS ORDER
After your username and passwords are entered into the system, you will have access to three ways to enter a HughesNet lead or customer in the system:

> Once you hit the “ASSIGN” button you will have the ability to enter Credit card and HughesNet information on the right hand side of the screen. Please note the credit card information is required.

> After selecting the correct information for the HughesNet customer you will see pricing and contract information appear.
> Once all data has been entered correctly, you may hit the “Submit” button which will send all customer information to HughesNet, convert the lead to a customer in Agemni, and create an invoice with the HughesNet information entered previously.
**Before hitting the "Submit" button for any of these processes, you may need to go back to the customer or lead page. You can do this by clicking on the "Customer Info" button at the top of your screen. To go back to the HughesNet information page, just click on the assign button again.

***After the Lead or Customer account has been approved for a Service Plan, that information will appear as part of the main page:

IMPORTING HUGHESNET CUSTOMERS
We now have a Automated Import for Hughesnet. This feature is found under the Admin- Import/Export Tab. This gives you the ability to upload Hughesnet Fulfillment and reatiler customers into Agemni through the importer instead of manually uploading it through the Manual Import.
