SET UP

How to Set Up HughesNet in Agemni

In order to access and use the Hughesnet Interface in Agemni, please contact Agemni support with your HughesNet dealer ID and login credentials.

  • Once HughesNet has been enabled on your Agemni site you must activate the provider through Admin>Providers>Internet.update_Hughesnet_Provider.pngupdate.png

     

  • Then enter your HughesNet username and password information under Admin>Areas page by clicking on the "Defaults" button, and by entering the HughesNet dealer ID in the "Login Data" button for each area.

PROCESS ORDER

After your username and passwords are entered into the system, you will have access to three ways to enter a HughesNet lead or customer in the system:

  1. Leads tab, click on "New Lead," and enter the appropriate information. Be sure to choose "HughesNet" as your provider and enter all required fields. After you add the Lead, you will see an "Assign" button next to the 'Order #' field. Press this button to send the customer's information and credit card over to HughesNet.

  2. Lead script, click on the 'Lead Script' button and follow the script in order to add the required information and in turn create and qualify a new Hughes lead. Pay special attention that Hughesnet is set up as the provider to ensure that the qualification tool generates correctly.
  3. Customers tab, click on "New Customer" or add a "New Invoice" to an existing customer and enter the appropriate information. When entering information on the invoice side of the page, be sure to choose "HughesNet" as your provider and enter all required fields. You will see an "Assign" button next to the 'Order #' field. Press this button to send the customer's information and credit card over to HughesNet.ADD_INVOICE.png

             

    > Once you hit the “ASSIGN” button you will have the ability to enter Credit card and HughesNet information on the right hand side of the screen. Please note the credit card information is required.

    > After selecting the correct information for the HughesNet customer you will see pricing and contract information appear.

    > Once all data has been entered correctly, you may hit the “Submit” button which will send all customer information to HughesNet, convert the lead to a customer in Agemni, and create an invoice with the HughesNet information entered previously.

    **Before hitting the "Submit" button for any of these processes, you may need to go back to the customer or lead page. You can do this by clicking on the "Customer Info" button at the top of your screen. To go back to the HughesNet information page, just click on the assign button again.

IMPORTING HUGHESNET CUSTOMERS

We now have a Automated Import for Hughesnet. This feature is found under the Admin- Import/Export Tab. This gives you the ability to upload Hughesnet Fulfillment and reatiler customers into Agemni through the importer instead of manually uploading it through the Manual Import.  For more information, click here.
