Lookup Leads

This section allows you to look up any lead you are working with by their first/last name, city, state, zip code, phone number, ID number, lead rep, lead status, or other optional custom fields. *Three characters are required while looking up a first and/or last name.

• Employees can only see the leads they are assigned to, within the specific areas they have rights to unless you have 'Employee Lookup All Jobs' button checked either on their employee page or under Admin>Preferences>Pref.
• Search results can be sorted by clicking on the column header of the data that you would like to sort by.
