Leads Tab

The Leads Center allows you to track all potential customers. Leads are NOT counted as customers for billing purposes so we recommend using this feature until your lead is qualified with your provider. Once your lead is qualified with your provider, it becomes a customer and can then be converted in Agemni. 

When you click on this tab, all of your lead callback notes will generate and you can view the 'Past 3 days', the 'Past Week', the 'Past Month', the 'Past Year' or all existing callback notes in the database.
