Agemni's homepage allows you to run your Database Updates, view your Company Performance, Agemni Updates, etc. We also have a Did You Know section that allows us to review general questions that often arise. Our homepage also features a Customer QuickSearch, another alternative to finding your customers. Available fields to search, in addition to First and Last name, are Invoice #, Account #, Business Name, Phone, Street, City, State, Zip, SSN, Receiver #, Serial #, Agreement ID, Provider Account #, Work Order #, Credit Card #, Virtual Certificate #. This section of our webpage also allows you to post remider or motivational reminders (the steps to do this will be reviewed in the Admin > Preferences > Memo Boxes section). This page will also allow you to clock in and our of Agemni if you are set up as an hourly employee.
For quick navigation through Agemni we have developed a 'Quicksearch' option that is available from any page or tab in Agemni that will allow you to track leads, customers, receivers and employees.


Through the blue button 'View Performance' you will be able to see the total performance of the company according to your access type within Agemni.If you are an admin, this section displays Company wide Performance. If you are a manager, it will display the cumulative numbers of you and all of your employees. If you are an Employee, it will display only your performance and will reflect only jobs in areas the logged-in user has access to. This will give you the total number of sales, installations, and cancellations both pending and completed..

This section is similar to the Company Performance chart, but will only show the statistics of your DNS fulfillment jobs.

If you are set up as an 'Hourly' employee and have rights to see the 'Time Card', then you will be able to clock in and out of Agemni through this tool.

This section informs you of any Agemni-wide issues. If we are having certain issues that everyone needs to be aware of we will post a message here. Also we will notify you of any holidays when our customer support office will be closed.

The Agemni Updates is a list of new features we’ve added to the system as well as changes we’ve made.

These are reports that will show you the reps with the most sales, the techs with the most installs, and the areas that have the most sales and installs. These same reports are also found under Reports > Production.




My Account is where the basic personal information (name, phone number, email, etc.) about each one of your employees is stored for their viewing and where they have access to update any of the information that is listed on this page. This page will also allow each employee access to change their Agemni password if needed.
**Note** This is also the only area in Agemni where an individual's email can be changed, it cannot be updated under the individual HR user pages. If you are wanting to change the email of one of your employees, they must come to their My Account page and change it themselves.
For DNS Companies: We have added a user permission within the "My Account" link to display or hide the E*Connect login fields. To hide these fields to prevent confusion for your users, go to HR>Lookup>[user's name]>Functions>"Home" section and un-check the option named, "Show E*Connect login on My Account." This is also available under Roles so you can give/remove this permission from a group of users.


For OE Companies: For our OE clients, we have added the ability to put the OE Username and Password fields on your users' "My Account" page so each employee can manage these themselves. Go to HR > Employee > Functions tab to grant this permission to a user (or use the Roles manager).
